After an aeration service is the optimal time for fertilizing and over-seeding your lawn. Any existing lawn is considered to be over-seeded when the same or a similar style of grass is seeded. Over-seeding can be applied during the year at various intervals to increase your lawn's turf density.
Aeration cost are determined based on the lawn measurement and the amount of time needed; to puncture and breakdown compacted soil. Many times, a single pass with a machine will not properly breakdown sandy or hardened soils. We will continue to make passes to ensure the soil is broken down or punctured to the expected depths.
We price aeration services on various factors, and we do not believe a low cost or single pass aeration will benefit many customers.

Barefoot Oasis will mark any encountered objects in your lawn prior to commencing any aeration service; to protect your property.
If possible or requested, we will deliver our own style of "Barefoot Oasis" marking flags; a week prior for you to mark any buried or possible objects in your lawns turf.
